I am a true native of North Dakota, born and raised in this great state. With a diverse career spanning 14 years as a career prosecutor, I bring an unmatched wealth of experience to the table. My legal journey has taken me from traffic infractions to the most complex and high-profile cases, including my role on the trial team that prosecuted the heart-wrenching Savannah Greywind case and my prosecution of the individuals that took the life of beloved community food truck owner, Jason "Jay" Halvorson. Now, as a dedicated defense attorney, I will employ the very skills and knowledge I honed while seeking justice for the citizens of North Dakota. My unwavering commitment to the Constitution and the rights it protects drives my mission to safeguard the rights of the accused, making me an invaluable advocate for those in need of a strong legal defender. 

Ericka Muller is an associate attorney at Martinez Law, committed to providing zealous representation and personalized solutions for her clients. Her unwavering dedication to client advocacy ensures that each individual receives the highest standard of legal service. 

During her tenure at the University of North Dakota School of Law, Ericka distinguished herself as a strong litigator, serving on the school's trial team for two consecutive years and leading as President of the Moot Court Board. These experiences honed her courtroom skills and deepened her passion for the law. 

Ericka is fluent in both Spanish and French, enabling her to effectively communicate and build strong relationships with a diverse clientele. 

Outside of the office, Ericka embraces an active lifestyle, enjoying hockey, snowboarding, and exploring new culinary experiences at local restaurants. 

Ericka's blend of professional excellence and personal interests makes her a relatable and effective advocate for her clients. 

Gabby is our fabulous legal assistant.  She is fluent in Spanish and all things common sense.  Gabby brings a wealth of information to the table.
